The Gara Modular Sprint fin is a shorter version of the Impulse fin, which proved to be hugely popular with freedivers worldwide, both amateurs and among professionals.
The blade is made of a single thermoplastic elastomer. The sublayer follows the shape and dimensions of almost the entire fin, and has a uniform thickness. The overlay covers the propulsion wing selectively and has a thickness that slopes towards the tip of the blade.
The angle of the blade 29 degrees, provides the ultimate in efficiency during the kick cycle requiring less energy to load the blade. The blade has an incredible resistance to any type of shock, impact or stress, making it almost impossible to break accidentally.
As a result, the fin offers a new way of storing and releasing elastic potential energy, greatly assisting the movement of the freediver.
