Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit is required for hire equipment. The deposit will be refunded once all equipment has been returned to Spear West and inspected, provided it is returned in the agreed condition with no loss or damage.
Hire Terms & Conditions
All customers must read and agree to the Spear West Equipment Hire Terms & Conditions before hiring equipment.
Spearfishing, freediving and the use of spearguns involve inherent risks that may result in serious injury or death. By hiring equipment from Spear West, you acknowledge these risks and accept responsibility for the safe, responsible and lawful use of all hired equipment.

Collection & Return
All equipment hire is pickup only from Spear West, Osborne Park and must be returned by the agreed return date.
All equipment will be inspected upon return before the security deposit is refunded.
