Pure Apnea Level 1 is an internationally recognised freedive course. It will be held over a two full day period consisting of classroom theory, pool session and an open water session. This course is designed to safely improve your knowledge, skills and ability in the fastest way possible.

Pure Apnea Level 2 is an internationally recognised freedive course. It will be held over three full days consisting of classroom theory, pool session and four open water sessions up to 30m. This course is designed for those that have completed a level 1 freediver course. This course is designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills to become proficient freedivers. You will learn to become more energy efficient, deal with greater pressures, advance your equalisation techniques and learn to organise training sessions. Over the three days we will increase your depth, breath holds and your understanding of freediving physiology.
Pure Apnea Level 3 is an internationally recognised freedive course. It will be held over a three full day period consisting of classroom theory, pool session and four open water sessions up to 40m. This course is designed for those that have completed a Level 2 Advance Freediver course to safely improve your current knowledge, skills and ability in the fastest way possible. Increase your depth, breath holds and your understanding of freediving physiology.
This course is for those who would like to freediver competitively or who would like to continue progressing towards their instructor level. This course emphasises freediving beyond failure depth, equalisation using mouthfill technique, stretching and training techniques that will prepare your body for depth and pressure, learning the physics of deep freediving and deep diving safety.
Pure Apnea Surf is an internationally recognised freedive course. It is held over one full day or two evenings, consisting of classroom theory and a pool session. This course is specifically designed for surfers and water users who encounter big surf conditions where you are forced to hold your breath. This course focuses on breathing and breath-hold techniques, physiology and safety.
